The hotel location was brilliant, but the rooms were a bit warm and stuffy. The service was mostly lovely, except for one unhelpful waiter. The dining experience wasn't great, and the facilities were average.

The hotel room was a bit of a disappointment. It was so small with bad sound insulation that I could hear noises from the corridor. The room was dirty, which made me feel really uncomfortable. It was so cold that I had to wear extra layers to keep warm, and the stone-cold atmosphere didn't help at all.

The room I stayed in was tiny without a decent cooking facility, but the room itself was very nice and clean. The staff service to London was unfriendly and unwelcoming, but the service for our visit and transport connections was very friendly and the room comfy. The location didn't lend itself to nearby shops within walking distance, but it was sparkling clean and had easy access for strollers. The dining experience was simple and ok, not worth the price, and the facilities were basic. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
